another lovely comfy food..

assalamualaikum..

haa..lamak juak dah sik update blog aku tok.. kan nya apa..masak2 juak p sik sempat molah review nya..heheh..ok lets get back to kitchen ladies and gentlemen

aku sik ingat ari apa yg aku masak menu tok p its just a simple noodle dish which derived from a recipe featured in AFC's Emmanuel Strooband's.


simple jak upanya..

1. Easy Tom Yam Noodle
bahan2
  • 2 packets egg noodle
  • 2 cubes of tom yam paste (mana2 brand la)
  • 1litres of water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 handful broccoli, carrots and shrimps
  • strips of sliced beef (diperap ngn kicap dan gula then stir fry kan)
methods
  • dissolve cube tom yam dalam 1 liter air yg dah mendidih..
  • add in the vegetables and shrimps..
  • bila dah masak, add in the noodles
  • masak sampe noodle lembut
  • then nak ngiasnya, taburkan beef strips ya..
simple jak nak? then kita move to the 2nd recipe.. jom!

orait.. the 2nd recipe for today will be grilled chicken with potatoes and apple salad...come on..


yummy! [rendah kalori tok]

bahan2
  • 1 dada ayam yg di "pound" [dirata] seasoned with salt n pepper
  • 1 ketul kentang [diced]
  • 2 apples [diced]
  • 1 carrot [ diced]
  • 3 tbspn mayo
methods
  • dada ayam tek di grill, sehingga masak n set aside
  • tumis bawang putih sikit, n masak kentang n tuang kan sikit kicap..season with salt n pepper
  • utk salad, gabungkan semua bahan2 [apple, carrot and mayo] and grate a little bit garlic to the salad
  • set up - hidangkan kedak gambar di atas.. hehe

i would never be bored in eating chicken.. aku nang suka makan ayam.. 1stly nya sumber protein aku yg utama.. my next menu is oyster chicken! hehe...see fun la.. see fun la..


pure chinese influence..

bahan2
  • 1 chicken breast [dipotong suka hati]
  • 1 carrot [julienned - dipotong panjang]
  • 1 cup cabbage [mun chinese cabbage gik bagus]
  • oyster sauce - mun nak masin bykkan..mun biasa2 pande2 lah..
  • hirisan halia and bawang putih
  • salt n pepper to taste
methods
  • tumis bawang putih n halia
  • pour in the oyster sauce
  • add in chicken and fry for a minute
  • add in carrot and cabbages..continuously stirring it..
  • season with salt n pepper..
  • easy? hehe of course!


and my final recipe [actually aku masak tok k ku packed lunch tengah ari tadik]


penne pasta with sauteed broccoli, beef strips and carrots

bahan2
  • 1 handful of penne pasta [cooked til 'al-dente']
  • 1 handful of broccoli [ rebus]
  • 1 carrot [diced]
  • 1 beef [aku pake daging burger..diced]
  • salt n pepper to taste
  • 2tbsp of chilli sauce
methods
  • tumis bawang putih sampe angkat bau
  • add in the pasta with broccoli and carrots
  • add in the beef strips
  • season with salt n pepper
  • add in the chilli sauce..
  • pack n kah dalam kontena k bekal..jimat duit time lunch kat office! hahaha
i really enjoy cooking.. best.. stay tune ladies and gentlemen, my next project will be simple chicken pie! hehe..ciao..
